「韓式蒸水蛋


材料:-
雞蛋................6隻
昆布................1小片
水....................1/2杯
鹽...................1/2茶匙
甘荀(切碎)......2片
蔥花................1棵


做法:-
1. 把雞蛋打發成蛋液,然後用隔篩隔出蛋液,加入鹽、糖拌勻備用。
2. 昆布片用濕毛巾抺淨。將水注入小鍋中,下昆布片煮3分鐘,然後拿出昆布片。
3. 把蛋液注入鍋內,以中小火去煮,期間需用小湯匙攪拌和從鍋邊挖出已熟之雞蛋。
4. 待雞蛋煮至8成熟時,轉最小火,蓋上深圓碗子,煮2.5分鐘。最後加上甘荀碎和蔥花即成。
